New Blood Is Spilling and We Are NOT Ready for Tonight!

The castle is heating up fast. Tonight on NBC, episodes 3 ('The Traitors Are Watching') and 4 ('The Death Parade') air back-to-back starting at 8pm ET, with the Traitors facing a difficult choice and suspicion boiling over among the Faithful. The civilian-only cast of 22 everyday Americans is already delivering chaotic gameplay after episode 1's shocking twist: a Faithful murder happened on night one before the first roundtable even took place. Stream tomorrow on Peacock if you can't watch live — but good luck avoiding Twitter.

Survivor is officially in a new era — and it means anything goes. Season 51 ('The Open Era') premiered last night on CBS with a two-hour episode, debuting 21 new castaways including a former professional athlete, a pro wrestler, a Navy attorney, and a Grey's Anatomy actor. Host Jeff Probst declared that any twist or advantage from any past season can now return 'at any time, in any order, without warning.' The season is projected to run through December 16, 2026.

Bravo confirmed it 'does not plan on working with Nathan in the future' after Below Deck Mediterranean bosun Nathan Gallagher was convicted in absentia on three counts of domestic violence against co-star and ex-partner Gael Cameron. Gallagher failed to appear at Burwood Local Court in Sydney on September 1, and is believed to be overseas — making him a fugitive in both Australia and Ireland. His appearances will remain in the current airing season since it was filmed before his December 2025 arrest.

The Traitors has cemented its reality TV dynasty. The Peacock series won Outstanding Reality Competition Program at the 78th Primetime Emmy Awards on September 14 for its third consecutive year — beating Dancing with the Stars, RuPaul's Drag Race, Survivor, and Top Chef. The show swept all seven of its nominations, including Alan Cumming winning Best Host for the third time in a row, breaking a record previously held by RuPaul's Drag Race. Cumming joked that producers running to the stage now knew 'what it feels like' to be on a mission.

Season 5 of The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives dropped September 10 on Hulu with just five episodes instead of the usual ten, after production paused in March 2026 amid a domestic violence investigation involving Taylor Frankie Paul and her ex Dakota Mortensen. ABC had already pulled Paul's season of The Bachelorette days before its scheduled premiere over leaked video footage of the incident. Paul appears only in a limited capacity — in the opening credits and title shoot — while co-stars Whitney Leavitt and Jessi Draper carry the season forward.

The wait is almost over, turtle timers. Luann de Lesseps, Sonja Morgan, Ramona Singer, Dorinda Medley, and Kelly Bensimon are bringing their iconic energy to Palm Beach in E!'s The Golden Life, premiering October 20 at 10pm ET with a special 90-minute episode. The show was greenlit in February, with Jill Zarin originally cast before being fired after making racist social media posts about the Super Bowl halftime show; Dorinda Medley stepped in as her replacement. RHONJ alum Margaret Josephs and Sex and the City author Candace Bushnell will also appear.

Project Runway's biggest season ever has come to a close. Season 22 on Freeform featured a record-breaking cast of 22 designers — the largest in the show's history — with Heidi Klum, Nina García, and Law Roach on the judging panel and Christian Siriano as mentor. The show has been renewed for another season on the Disney outlets, continuing to stream on Hulu and Disney+ the day after each Freeform airing. A Season 23 premiere date has not yet been announced.

The Race is almost back on! The Amazing Race Season 39 premieres September 30 on CBS in the Wednesday 9:30pm time slot right after Survivor 51. The season was filmed in fall 2025, visiting five continents and nine countries across 12 legs. CBS confirmed the renewal of both Survivor and The Amazing Race back in January 2026, locking in Phil Keoghan for another globe-trotting season. A special 25th anniversary retrospective — The Amazing Race: 25 Years Around the World — airs on Entertainment Tonight the night before the premiere.
