Survivor Is BACK, AGT Crowns a Winner Tonight — It's Chaos!

The most anticipated fall premiere of 2026 is finally here. Survivor 51 'The Open Era' launches TONIGHT on CBS with a two-hour episode at 8pm ET, featuring 21 brand-new castaways — including a Grey's Anatomy actor, a former WWE wrestler, a chef, and a federal prosecutor — all heading to Fiji. Host Jeff Probst has declared this the start of a total game reset: any twist or advantage from any previous season can resurface at any time, without warning. It's the show's first major format shake-up since 2021, and fans are already losing their minds.

Peacock dropped a massive bombshell last week: The Traitors has been renewed for THREE more seasons, taking the Emmy-winning franchise all the way through Season 8. The renewal comes off the back of the show's biggest ratings ever — a 72% viewership surge over the prior season and 8.1 billion minutes streamed in 2026 alone, making it the No. 2 streaming original reality series of the year. Host Alan Cumming also just won his third consecutive Emmy for Outstanding Host. The celebrity edition returns to Peacock in 2027, while civilian spinoff The Traitors: New Blood is currently airing on NBC on Thursdays.

The Real Housewives of New York City returned for Season 16 on September 8, and critics and fans alike are calling it a much-needed bounce-back after the rocky Season 15. Vulture called the premiere 'fun, zippy, honest, funny, and dramatic.' Fan-favorite Carole Radziwill is back after years away, and she's not holding back — the trailer teased emotionally charged revelations from her past returning to the headlines. New Housewives Hailey Glassman, Daisy Toye, and Erika Hammond round out the Season 16 lineup alongside returning stars Erin Lichy, Jessel Taank, and Sai De Silva. New episodes drop Tuesdays at 8pm ET on Bravo.

The Season 7 premiere of The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City hit differently. Mary Cosby broke down on camera over the devastating loss of her son, Robert Cosby Jr., who passed away just weeks after returning home from prison. The entire cast rallied around Mary, with Angie Katsanevas noting she 'never would have otherwise imagined them being able to sit in the same room' — but agreed that supporting Mary mattered far more than any of their petty feuds. It was one of the most emotional moments in RHOSLC history. RHOSLC airs Wednesdays at 8pm ET on Bravo.

The Traitors franchise made its broadcast debut on September 17, and fans are already obsessed with the all-civilian twist. The Traitors: New Blood features 22 everyday Americans — no celebrities, no prior reality TV experience — competing as Faithfuls and hidden Traitors for up to $250,000. Host Alan Cumming returns in his iconic role at Ardross Castle in the Scottish Highlands. Tonight (Sept. 24), Episodes 3 and 4 air back-to-back on NBC at 8pm ET. New episodes stream the following day on Peacock. Early buzz says the civilian cast 'played hard straight away,' per the show's executive producers.

The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives Season 5 dropped all five episodes on Hulu on September 10, and the drama is as messy as ever — just compressed. Production was cut short after allegations of domestic violence involving Taylor Frankie Paul and ex Dakota Mortensen halted filming in March. Season 5 shows Taylor's return from her now-cancelled Bachelorette season and Whitney Leavitt's Broadway debut in Chicago — the latter confirmed to be her final full-time season. The good news? Hulu has already renewed the show through Season 7, and Season 6 is already filming.

Fan-favorite chaos agent Jeff Lewis makes his long-awaited reality TV return with Still Flipping Out, premiering this September on Bravo at 9pm ET. The show follows Lewis as he juggles his SiriusXM radio empire, his interior design business, a rotating cast of employees, and a truly unhinged group of friends. Viewers who remember the original Flipping Out will know exactly what they're signing up for — and reportedly the drama does not disappoint. Bravo is banking on Jeff's unfiltered personality to anchor its fall Wednesday lineup.

Netflix confirmed it back in July 2025 and now it's official: Queer Eye Season 10 was the last. The farewell season, set in Washington, D.C., premiered in January 2026 and closed the book on Netflix's longest-running unscripted series. Tan France marked the end on Instagram, calling it 'a long, beautiful journey.' The Fab Five — Antoni Porowski, Bobby Berk's replacement, Jonathan Van Ness, Karamo Brown, and Tan France — signed off after more than a decade of emotional makeovers. No reboot has been announced.
