Jeff Lewis Is BACK, BB28 Is Ending, and Fiji Is Messy Already

After eight years off Bravo, Jeff Lewis makes his triumphant return TONIGHT with the series premiere of Still Flipping Out at 9 PM ET. The new show follows Jeff juggling his SiriusXM Radio Andy empire, his design business, employees, and an eclectic roster of Bravo pals including Andy Cohen, Phaedra Parks, Meredith Marks, and Shannon Beador. New episodes will drop Mondays on Bravo and stream Tuesdays on Peacock — and if the trailer is any indication, the chaos has not mellowed with age.

The Traitors: New Blood, NBC's all-civilian spinoff hosted by Alan Cumming, premiered September 17 with 22 everyday Americans competing at Ardross Castle for up to $250,000. But the show is already in a ratings battle — CBS's decision to air the Big Brother finale opposite it is causing concern, with critics noting CBS may have 'committed murder.' NBC is also skipping next Thursday entirely, leaving the show on pause for two weeks as it transitions to a 10 PM time slot.

The Big Brother 28 finale airs this Thursday, October 1, at 8 PM ET on CBS for 90 minutes — and it will simultaneously crown the season winner AND America's Favorite Houseguest. The season carried a 'Time Trip' theme and featured Survivor alums Rick Devens and Dee Valladares as houseguests, adding extra intrigue. Julie Chen Moonves returns to host the live finale as the last three players compete in the final HOH before the jury votes.

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills was conspicuously absent from Bravo's May upfront renewals, where 14 other shows — including RHONY, RHONJ, RHOP, RHOSLC, and RHORI — were officially renewed. Season 15's finale aired May 7, but no Season 16 pickup has been announced. RHOBH films in the summer, so the timing is alarming fans. OG cast member Kyle Richards jumped into Instagram comments to insist the show is 'not on pause,' but the tea is still steaming.

Survivor 51 kicked off its 'Open Era' on September 23 with a two-hour premiere on CBS, bringing 21 brand-new castaways to the Mamanuca Islands in Fiji. Host Jeff Probst declared that any twist or advantage from the show's entire history is now in play. Episode 2, titled 'Weaponized Honesty,' airs September 30 and teases a chilling camp injury and a tribal council move never attempted before. Fans and critics say the show feels alive and electric.

The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives Season 5 landed on Hulu on September 10 with all five episodes at once — a significant cut from the usual ten. The shortened season stems from a production pause in March 2026 triggered by a domestic violence investigation involving Taylor Frankie Paul and her ex Dakota Mortensen. The scandal also caused ABC to pull Taylor's Bachelorette season days before its premiere. Despite the chaos, Hulu has already renewed the show for Seasons 6 and 7.

The Traitors US, hosted by Alan Cumming, won its third consecutive Emmy for Outstanding Reality Competition Program in September, beating Survivor, Top Chef, RuPaul's Drag Race, and DWTS. The Season 4 winner was Rob Rausch, who won as a Traitor over Faithful runner-up Maura Higgins (who's now competing on DWTS Season 35). Peacock has already greenlit four additional seasons following the awards recognition. Season 5 'New Blood' — the all-civilian spinoff — premiered September 17 on NBC.

Bravo has quietly placed The Real Housewives of Miami on pause following Season 7, which aired on Bravo after the show was revived on Peacock. Despite the show's devoted fanbase, it has struggled in the ratings compared to other Housewives franchises. Several cast members were reportedly on the chopping block even before the pause was announced. No official cancellation has been made, but insiders say Season 8 is far from guaranteed.
