Race Is ON, Traitors Are BACK & LVP Hits Vegas — Spill!

Season 39 of The Amazing Race premieres tonight on CBS with a first-of-its-kind twist: all 13 teams receive an Express Pass from the very start, forcing a strategic decision about when to use it. Host Phil Keoghan kicks things off in Vancouver before teams race through five continents and nine countries — including Albania, visited for the first time in the show's history. The cast features soccer star Ali Krieger, an Olympic bobsledder, and the oldest racer in the show's history. It's a two-night premiere event, with Part 2 continuing Thursday, October 1.

Bravo dropped the first official trailer for Vanderpump Rules: Lisa Las Vegas yesterday, and it is chaos in the most gorgeous way possible. Lisa Vanderpump is opening her own namesake hotel on the Las Vegas Strip in partnership with Caesars Entertainment, and the three-part limited series chronicles the down-to-the-wire drama of making it happen. The two-night premiere event kicks off Tuesday, October 20 at 9 p.m. ET/PT, with fan favorites Lala Kent, Tom Schwartz, and RHOBH's Garcelle Beauvais making appearances.

The Sharks are circling again — and this time, YouTube titan Jimmy 'MrBeast' Donaldson is joining them. Season 18 of ABC's Shark Tank premieres tonight with a two-hour event at 9 p.m. ET/PT, marking the first appearance of MrBeast alongside co-founder of Beast Industries Jeffrey Housenbold. Kendra Scott and Rashaun Williams, previously guest Sharks, have been promoted to permanent panelists this season. Other guest Sharks lined up include Mindy Kaling, J.J. Watt, and Steven Bartlett.

Real Housewives of Salt Lake City Season 7 is airing its third episode tonight on Bravo, and the season is already proving to be one of the heaviest in the franchise's history. Season 7 opens on Mary Cosby coping with the shocking death of her 23-year-old son, Robert Cosby Jr., while Angie Katsanevas and Whitney Rose both face unexpected fractures in their marriages. Newcomer Ashley Quai — a Utah native, entrepreneur, and motorcycle enthusiast — enters the group as a friend of both Lisa Barlow and Whitney, immediately stirring the pot.

The Traitors is untouchable. Peacock announced a blockbuster three-season renewal — taking the show all the way through Season 8 — hot on the heels of its seven-Emmy winning spree at the 2026 ceremony, the most ever won by a competition series in a single year. Alan Cumming claimed his third consecutive Outstanding Host Emmy and is confirmed to return for every future season. Season 4 also set the show's ratings record, with viewership surging 72% over Season 3 and 8.1 billion minutes streamed. The civilian spinoff, The Traitors: New Blood, is currently airing on NBC.

Below Deck Mediterranean Season 11 is heading into its endgame in Croatia, and the Nathan-vs.-Joe war has never been uglier. In last week's dramatic episode, Joe accidentally injured a charter guest — giving Nathan real ammunition for his ongoing campaign against him — while Chief Stew Aesha found herself caught in the crossfire. The season has been a wild ride of head injuries, broken relationships, and big personality clashes. A new recap dropped today from Reality Blurred calling it a season of 'broken' people and moments.

The Real Housewives of New York City rolls into its fourth episode of Season 16 tonight on Bravo, and the buzz has not let up since the premiere. The new cast — including returning OG Carole Radziwill alongside Sai De Silva, Jessel Taank, Hailey Glassman, Erin Lichy, Erika Hammond, and Daisy Toye — has critics raving. The premiere was described by Vulture as 'fun, zippy, honest, funny, and dramatic,' and The New York Times named the season among the top shows to watch for the week of September 7.

Hulu's new documentary The Swan: Behind the Mirror, directed by Erin Lee Carr (Britney vs Spears), premiered September 29 and is generating serious buzz today. The film revisits Fox's notorious early-2000s plastic surgery competition series through the eyes of a dozen former contestants, producers, and even one of the show's surgeons — and it does not pull punches. One former contestant, Kari Bravata, reveals she nearly died after not waking from anesthesia during a procedure, with her lungs filling with fluid. The doc is streaming on Hulu and Disney+ now.

The #MomTok shakeup is real: after the abbreviated five-episode Season 5 of The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives dropped September 10 on Hulu, both Taylor Frankie Paul and Mikayla Matthews have publicly confirmed they will not return for Season 6. Matthews said there are 'so many things wrong with this situation,' while Paul stated she no longer desires to move forward with the show. The drama stems from Paul's highly publicized legal issues with ex-boyfriend Dakota Mortensen and the cancellation of her planned Bachelorette season. Hulu has already ordered 20 more episodes of the series.
